As we mentioned earlier, some state boards of the United States, Canada and Australia may ask you for an English Language Competency test such as IELTS, TOFEL and PTE for an NCLEX application.

Yes, Nepalese nursing students can apply for the NCLEX exam online from Nepal but to participate in the test, they must go to a country where an NCLEX test center is available. As far as the test participation for Nepalese nursing graduates is concerned, they will have to give the NCLEX exam from India. NCLEX-RN Exam Cost From Nepal

The examination fee for an NCLEX-RN exam is $200. Additional licensure fees depend on through which State Boards of Nursing you are applying for the NCLEX exam. To apply for an NCLEX exam, send your NCLEX exam application and pay the fee to the National Council of State Boards of Nursing. You can also apply for the NCLEX test through a phone but you will have to pay an additional $9.50 service fee if you register through a phone call. For phone registration, you can call on 1-866-496-2539, if you are from the United States, and on 1-952-681-3815, if you are from outside the United States. If you are registering by phone, you will have to pay your NCLEX examination fee by VISA or Master Card. Once your application is accepted you will receive a postcard of your registration receipt. Keep in mind that you will be only able to take the NCLEX exam if your State Board of Nursing sends you an ATT letter in the mail.

NCLEX-RN Question Types & Exam Format

If you are applying for an NCLEX-RN test, you must know the types of questions are asked in the exam. Basically, questions in an NCLEX test are asked from four sections. Those sections are names as:

Everyone has to be registered in the NMC to work as a nurse in the United Kingdom. The NMC registration involves a Computer Based Test (CBT). You can participate in this test from Nepal. In the Computer Based Test, you will be given 120 multiple-choice questions to complete in four hours. You need an overall score of 68% to pass the test.
